Pay Range: $23.90-$31.35 | Shift Differential + $2/ hour, based on experience Shifts: 8-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7 AM) | daily & weekend overtime in a 3-shift operation as needed Why Join Us?

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, and control panels
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs to keep production moving
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Partner with other technicians and departments for repairs and installs
• Follow all electrical codes and safety regulations
• Keep detailed records of repairs and inspections

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or trade program preferred
• Valid electrical license/certification (state/local as required)
• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety practices
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
