We ve partnered with reputable manufacturing companies in the Fox Valley area known for clean facilities, supportive teams, and long-term opportunities.What s in It for You:-$22.00 $25.00/hr (based on experience)-Monday Friday 1st shift, or Monday Thursday 2nd shift-No weekend shifts-Temp-to-hire with long-term opportunity-Health, dental, and vision insurance-Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays-401(k) with 3% company matchWhat You ll Be Doing:-Operate high-pressure blasting equipment to clean or prep metal surfaces-Mask, prep, and clean parts before and after blasting-Inspect finished parts for quality-Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines-Cross-train in painting or quality control as neededWhat You ll Need:-Blasting or metal prep experience preferred-Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8 12 hours, and work in confined spaces-Must be able to wear full PPE-Able to read work instructions and follow safety protocols-Valid driver s license preferredHow to Apply:Appl online!
