MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience and Education:Possession of a Bachelors Degree in business administration or a field of study related to, quantitative analysis AND two (2) years of work experience in property appraisal, real estate, or a field performing quantitative analysis; OR Possession of an Associate Degree in business administration or a field of study related to quantitative analysis AND four (4) years of work experience in property appraisal, real estate, or a field performing quantitative analysis; OR - Six (6) years of work experience in property appraisal, real estate, or a field performing quantitative analysis.
