Inclusive Hospitality Internship at Chick-fil-A - Chick fil A : Job Details

The Flourish Program is an 8-week program designed to give individuals with special abilities work-based learning opportunities through actively working in the restaurant and completing specific learning goals. Flourish interns are paired with a mentor during their shift to serve in the following areas: Hospitality, Care, and Beyond the Restaurant.

Flourish interns will assist with cleaning the dining room, help with team member encouragement, and gain experience working Beyond the Restaurant.

As a Flourish intern, you will gain professional skills, build relationships, and learn the principles that set Chick-fil-A apart, all while working for the most caring company in the world.
