Inbound/ Outbound Queue Associate - CVS : Job Details

Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services through composition and auditing of approval and denial letters. Position is responsible for learning and producing letters for up to 13 centralized Medicaid health plans throughout the day, shifting and prioritizing work to meet turn around times. Promotes and supports quality effectiveness of the Healthcare Services. Maintains accurate and complete documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services. Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality. This position is for Thursday - Sunday 9 AM-8 PM ET with potential holiday rotation.
