Based in Frisco, TX, the contact center is home to over 100 dedicated Customer CARE representatives who provide live-agent assistance for product education, account maintenance, eligibility verification, provider searches, fulfillment requests, claims inquiries and other concierge services. Careington International Corporation is seeking energetic, career-oriented Call Center Agents to work 40 hours per week, onsite, Monday through Friday at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033. Candidates must live in the DFW metroplex and work onsite; no remote options are available. The Opportunity:
- Hourly wage: $17.00 dollars per hour with a potential increase to $18.00 dollars per hour after six months, based on performance and attendance
- Location: 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
- Training: 11 days of training from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday at the above location. 100% attendance required.
- Additional Training: up to 3 weeks pending evaluation from contact center supervisor.
- Bilingual Bonus: Possible pay increase for Bilingual (English Spanish) speakers after evaluation
Roles & Responsibility:
- Ability to use multiple computer screens with up to six software applications open at once to toggle through during inbound phone calls from customers or providers
- Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Professional, patient, and helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
- Prior Call Center experience is preferred for this opportunity
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
