In-store shopper/cashier/bagger - Heinen's : Job Details

Understands store layout and variety of product offerings. Interfaces with customers via phone and in-person to ensure accuracy of all online orders (including product substitutions). Collaborates with other eCommerce clerks to ensure completion of daily orders. Maintains safety as a top priority in all aspects of work for team members, customers, and products. Develops into expert user of software application. Maximize pick and pack efficiency by adhering to Heinen's selection standards. Interacts with and assists customers as needed. Organizes and stages customer orders to assist with the pick-up and delivery process. Provides feedback as necessary to assist with process improvements.
