Job Description :

An ABA company is seeking an In-House Recruiter to help source, interview, and hire candidates for non-clinical office positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding top talent to join the team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting & Sourcing:

  • Source and identify candidates for non-clinical positions, utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Interviewing & Selection:

  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for the team.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to job offer.
  • Candidate Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for office/non-clinical roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
