Responsibilities:

Client is amputee and uses a wheelchair, mostly independent in the home but needs assistance.

Provide assistance to non-medical needs of the client, following an established care plan. This may include personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, oral care, hair, and skincareAssist client Provide meal planning and preparationAdhere to HIPAA regulationsProvide medication remindersObserve clients health and report any changes Physical Demands and Work Environment
