Brief Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and leading an energetic team of international logistics professionals.
• Ensuring the delivery of import forwarding and brokerage services to customers.
• Supervising import staff and managing key account processing, POA verification, customer setup, and financial transactions.
• Fostering a sense of ownership among team members and training in ‘The Green Way'.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in import forwarding and/or customs brokerage with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of transportation modes including air freight, LCL, FCL, domestic trucking, and rail.
• Excellent problem resolution, customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; Customs Brokers License is a plus.

Position is full-time at the mid-senior level. Located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with a salary range of $55,000-$65,000.
