Implementation Specialist - Systems Personnel : Job Details

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in assisting nonprofit and governmental organizations with the seamless adoption of an Accounting Suite software. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in accounting software consulting or audit, who thrive on client interaction and seek to make a tangible impact beyond traditional accounting roles.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the conversion and implementation process for clients
• Design customized chart of accounts tailored to each client's requirements
• Develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training sessions
• Provide ongoing support via telephone and internet-based channels
• Cultivate and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the implementation and training phases
• Salary $60k to $70k DOE

Experience Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in computer-based accounting systems, either as a user or implementer
• Background in public accounting preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
