  • Assist in all aspects of project implementation and administration within designated region, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee project resources, leveraging both internal teams and external partners, to ensure the timely execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with partners, team members, Implementation Service Managers, and other departments by providing administrative leadership.
  • Manage project milestones and budget ensuring the deadlines are met while staying within scope.
  • Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of BETA Projects and Pilot initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of any and all project changes along with risk logs and change control.
  • Maintain continual advancement of technical knowledge on legacy and new CenTrak products to effectively manage technical aspects of a project.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and our partners, understanding their needs and challenges faced when implementing CenTrak solutions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence while encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining CenTrak's reputation for technical excellence and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience in the Healthcare or the RTLS industry preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing high-profile, fast paced hardware/software projects while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in collaborating with third parties such as partners or subcontractors.
  • Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with partners, executives, customers, and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation towards results
  • Strong written, verbal and time management skills.
