Some of the biggest retailers on the planet are already using Quorso to help their field leaders succeed.The OpportunityAs part of the implementation team, you will work with stakeholders from our enterprise customers to understand their operations, define and scope their use cases, and integrate and transform large datasets. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with large datasets while managing multiple priorities.What you will do
  • Partner with enterprise customer stakeholders to understand business operations and define use cases for Quorso
  • Configure Quorso for new customers and sectors using internal tools
  • Project manage deadlines and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with Client Leads, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver technical and operational rollouts
  • Identify opportunities to expand client use cases and improve data usage
  • Work with Product, Customer and Engineering teams to enhance the implementation function
What you will bring
  • 2+ years of experience in data implementations, ideally within Business Intelligence teams and preferably in retail
  • Strong process and program management expertise
  • Experience working with large datasets and a focus on data insights and analytics
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, SQL and Excel
  • Familiarity with multiple industries and business topics
  • Ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with business and technical teams
  • Working knowledge of management and financial reporting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university
