Some of the biggest retailers on the planet are already using Quorso to help their field leaders succeed.The OpportunityAs part of the implementation team, you will work with stakeholders from our enterprise customers to understand their operations, define and scope their use cases, and integrate and transform large datasets. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with large datasets while managing multiple priorities.What you will doPartner with enterprise customer stakeholders to understand business operations and define use cases for QuorsoConfigure Quorso for new customers and sectors using internal toolsProject manage deadlines and stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryCollaborate with Client Leads, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver technical and operational rolloutsIdentify opportunities to expand client use cases and improve data usageWork with Product, Customer and Engineering teams to enhance the implementation functionWhat you will bring2+ years of experience in data implementations, ideally within Business Intelligence teams and preferably in retailStrong process and program management expertiseExperience working with large datasets and a focus on data insights and analyticsProficiency in Business Intelligence tools, SQL and ExcelFamiliarity with multiple industries and business topicsAbility to build relationships with senior client stakeholdersKnowledge of retail operationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with business and technical teamsWorking knowledge of management and financial reportingBachelor's or Master's degree from a leading universityEven better if you have:Operational experience using data to drive decisionsExperience leading operational transformation initiativesIs this you?Highly driven with a strong sense of urgencySelf-directed and resourceful with a bias for deliveryEntrepreneurial mindsetAble to plan strategically and execute preciselyComfortable switching between priorities in a fast-paced environmentAn effective leader who enjoys building relationshipsCreative and analytical with strong business acumenAble to prioritise ruthlessly when requiredHumble and focusedInclusion mattersIt is our goal to be a fully diverse organisation.
