Job Description :
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.
  • Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.
  • Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions.
  • Perform consultation/analysis of client business models to identify and document client requirements regarding Tyler products and functionality.
  • Recommend options for new approaches in client work processes to ensure efficient software solutions for the clients needs.
  • Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration, and other relevant changes.
  • Consult with users to identify the proper data mapping process for product conversion and provide instruction on proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications.
  • Create custom reports or customize existing reports to satisfy client requirements and troubleshoot client issues.
  • Document client issues, communicate agendas, submit trip reports, timesheets, and weekly expense reports, and update systems-related client activity.
  • Assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.
  • Notify management of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness, schedule, or budget of the implementation.
  • Create client-facing and internal documentation such as quick tips and how-tos .
  • Act as a liaison between the client and companys technical staff, conveying technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussions on assigned modules/topics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or comparable work experience, preferably in accounting, utility billing, community development, or ERP Software implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and concepts in the relevant discipline for knowledge transfer.
  • Minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience.
  • Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimal travel expected to client sites (10-25%).

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $58,285 - $84,600 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if the position is incentive eligible.
