As we expand our footprint in the Western United States, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team, based in the Spokane, Washington area.Position Summary:The Lab Implant Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving adoption and utilization of our advanced dental implant solutions. This individual will be responsible for building relationships and providing technical product support to dental professionals locally, within a 50-mile radius of the Tri-State area, while also supporting broader implant solution business development leads, coming from across the Western USA. This role combines technical sales, clinical support, and account management.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail our dental implant products and related technologies to dentists, oral surgeons, and dental specialists.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with dental professionals and key opinion leaders in the Spokane region and across assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations, in-office training, and clinical demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clinicians to ensure product satisfaction and usage growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate market insights, customer feedback, and support regional business goals.
- Attend local and regional trade shows, study clubs, and CE events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our company's CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3years of experience in the dental industry, ideally with dental implants or restorative solutions.
- Strong technical sales ability with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing a flexible schedule and territory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with dental professionals and clinical teams.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Spokane area and periodically to other Western states.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical dental role (RDA, RDH, CDT) and/or prior experience selling to dental practices.
- Knowledge of implantology, prosthetics, and surgical workflows.
