Position OverviewThe Impact Manager (IM) leads a team of AmeriCorps members (ACMs), within a school environment in implementing the Whole School, Whole Child service model - to drive student and school achievement. The IM facilitates the ACM experience, skill-building, knowledge, and leadership development of AmeriCorps Members and ensures that all service requirements are met. In addition, the IM leads a department-wide initiative, to be determined by the Managing Director of Impact.
The starting salary for this position is $51,000-$53,000. This is a primarily in-person role.
