Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of immigration law, including personal injury, plantiff, legal research, litigation, legal advice, civil litigation, immigration, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and make a significant impact in their lives through your legal expertise. Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal advice in the field of immigration law, including but not limited to, family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, asylum, naturalization, and removal defense.2. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and present findings in a well-organized manner.3. Represent clients in court and before government agencies, preparing and drafting legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, and appeals.4. Manage all aspects of litigation, including investigating claims, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients at trial or in other dispute resolution processes.5. Advise clients on their legal rights in a clear and understandable manner, helping them make informed decisions.6. Develop strategies to resolve cases efficiently and favorably for clients, including negotiation and mediation strategies.7. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration and other related legal areas.8. Maintain high standards of professional conduct while providing the highest quality of service to clients.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney or similar role.3. Licensed to practice law in the state or willing to obtain license.4. Proven experience with personal injury, plantiff, legal research, litigation, legal advice, civil litigation, immigration, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution.5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a proven track record of success.7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.10.
