Position: Caregiver

Hours: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)

Homewatch CareGivers of Edmond is growing FAST, and we need skilled, compassionate caregivers to join us NOW. We're interviewing quickly but carefully - to find dedicated caregivers who truly care. With something big on the way, we're expanding, and we need the right people.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a variety of clients across the central and metro areas. While the position starts as part-time, there is potential to transition into full-time based on performance and availability.

What We're Looking For:

• Compassionate, reliable caregivers.
• Experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities.
• CNA / HHA certifications are preferred but not required
• HWCG of Edmond offers advancement opportunities and access to certification courses through employment.

Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screenings.
• Must have a smartphone (Care+ app for clocking in and notes)
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assist with daily activities.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain communication with clients and healthcare team.
• Document care and report changes in client conditions.
