Imaging Technologist CT Scanner - Dignity Health : Job Details

Under the direction of the Radiologist and/or Radiology Manager, the Imaging Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in his/her areas of expertise, at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Supervises and trains technologists, ancillary personnel and students assigned within their department. Demonstrates the ability to understand the unique infant/child, adolescent, adult and geriatric population and effectively meet those needs relative to growth, assessment and development of the patients. Activates repairs and controls work progress within the areas of designated responsibility. This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications.
