Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment specific medical devices. Inspect, test, replace and adjust malfunctioning components and parts. Keep records of system problems and issues. #LI-POST #GDMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology or a related field OR related military training. In lieu of degree, three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Five (5) years of experience (expert trained) performing corrective and preventive maintenance on high tech diagnostic equipment as: CT, MRI, Cath & IR labs, Nuclear Med, Mammography, Linear Accelerators. In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of relevant experience required. MINIMUM LICENSURE/ CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None.
