The following outlines the major responsibilities assumed by the Electronic Imaging Support Technician: I. Knowledgeable and accurately applies all functions of SYNPASAE: Adds Notes to include all pertinent patient information into power jacket Monitors Awaiting Prior Study List for old films requested for comparison Sends old images to PACS needed comparison or to generate hard copies Monitors the Unread List for non-dictated studies Demonstrates ability to maneuver images using window level functions Reviews Study Event Function for viewed, dictated and non-dictated studies by Radiologists Prints hard copy films from system as needed for Physicians, Patients, etc. II. Knowledgeable and applies all functions of MEDITECH System: Demonstrates ability to use all aspects of Process History to view patients history Prints reports from Process History screen; via demand faxing and manually Able to locate films/folders via Film Tracking function Able to create and print labels Applies and u...Imaging, Librarian, Support Technician, Service, Customer Service, Retail, Healthcare, Reports
