What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $17.50/hr plus comprehensive benefits
• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, Night Shift from 11pm to 7:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform document preparation and scanning tasks within our DMS Imaging Centers, essential for initiating the imaging process and achieving conversion objectives.
• Sort and prepare hard copy records for scanning, and ensure high-quality electronic imaging.
• Maintain effective communication with Imaging Center personnel regarding production updates and job-specific inquiries.
• Comply with production procedures, complete necessary internal documentation, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to sort, file, and box records while maintaining order and sequence.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Capacity to work at a sustained pace to meet production targets.
• Open to change and capable of long-duration assignments.
• Understanding of customer value and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
