Imaging Patient Care Assistant - Full Time - Saturday and Sunday 7:00a-11:00p - Northeast Georgia Health System : Job Details

A non-licensed, staff member who is trained to be flexible in a variety of imaging support and transport duties. This person performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to cleaning and stocking of patients rooms and other unit areas, and direct patient care within the scope of defined practice to include transporting patients to their in-patient bed and/or to and from other areas as needed. This job functions under the direct supervision of a registered professional technologist. This position will care for patients in the adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as outlined in policy and procedures. Minimum Job Qualifications.
