The Rad-IS Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving Rad-IS Informatics infrastructure at a highly technical level. This position requires excellent knowledge of hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting, including Active Directory, Windows 10, and Rad-IS Informatics clinical applications. The engineer will also handle technical projects as assigned.

Depending on responsibilities, support levels may include first, second, and third line support for Rad-IS Informatics workstations, serving as an escalation point for complex issues, and collaborating with support staff or vendors. The role involves independently determining approaches and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in information systems, systems engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

• At least three years of user support experience.
• Two years of SQL database/server/systems administration experience.
• Experience with DICOM and HL7 is preferred.

Industry certifications are required or to be obtained within 12 months.

• Ability to execute assignments with minimal oversight.
• Problem-solving skills under time pressure and interruptions.
