This critical role is responsible for delivering actionable intelligence through sophisticated image analysis and Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong analytical abilities, and is committed to supporting high-impact humanitarian missions.Whether you're starting your career or bringing years of experience, this role offers a structured growth path from novice to expert, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities to influence mission success.This role is located onsite in the Middle East. Travel may be required 50% to 100% of the time.RequirementsRole and Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain advanced imagery and surveillance platforms to collect and process critical data.
  • Analyzing Full Motion Video (FMV) feeds to derive information for humanitarian operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Support Advisors and Humanitarian Operations Center (HOC) personnel to meet mission objectives.
  • Generate timely and accurate mission-supportive reports and information products.
  • Assist in cueing imagery efforts and tailoring sensors to align with mission requirements.
  • Progress through technical training and mission-specific certifications, advancing from foundational (Novice) to strategic (Journeyman II) capabilities.
  • Maintain a high level of readiness and adaptability in dynamic, high-pressure operational contexts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year's experience in security related positions.
  • Prior network Counter Intel Support experience required.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in operating and maintaining camera systems and security surveillance technologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to derive patterns and insights from visual data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities to produce clear reports and briefings.
  • Willingness to work in high-tempo environments supporting humanitarian operations.
  • Ability to complete initial training and achieve foundational skill certifications.
  • Must be willing to travel internationally, including active conflict zones. Travel may range from 50% to 100% of the time, depending on operational needs and assignment schedules.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with FMV analysis and geospatial intelligence tools.
  • Prior work in military, intelligence, or humanitarian aid operations.
  • Familiarity with queuing and tasking sensor platforms to meet specific intelligence needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief leadership and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
  • Proven track record of progression in technical or operational intelligence roles.
Physical & Travel Requirements
  • This role requires extensive international travel, including active conflict zones. Travel may range from 50% to 100% of the time, depending on operational needs and assignment schedules.
  • Candidates must be physically capable of working in demanding environments, including those with limited infrastructure and elevated safety risks.
  • The position involves frequent standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the day.
  • Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Assignments may involve deployment to regions experiencing active conflict or instability, including designated war zones. All employees must comply with company safety protocols and training requirements related to high-risk travel.
