Include investigating, documenting, routing, and following up on patient and family complaints. Additional responsibilities include patient satisfaction survey follow-up, Service Recovery, assisting with committee meetings related to risk, regulatory concerns, complaints/grievances, safety, compliance, privacy, and related matters. What you will do Compliance with CMS regulations for hospital Grievance Process and policy All patient complaints and grievances are documented with any required investigation and follow-up completed according to designated time frames Identification and escalation of issues to assure resolution and notification of leadership as appropriate Facilitation of Lost and Found processes, investigating and providing documentation related to patient valuables Assures that patients requesting follow-up on Patient Satisfaction Surveys are contacted with appropriate follow-up on grievances Maintain Account Hold List to coordinate and document balance adjustments, insur...Relations, Patient, Senior, Administrative, Coordinator, Healthcare, Business Services
