Our Digital Team provides management consulting, solution design, and implementation services for mid- to large-sized companies. We are seeking an IFS Accounting/Finance Solution Architect to join our growing practice. You will work closely with firm leadership to serve clients, build the business, and mentor staff, leveraging your expertise to develop their skills.

• Design and deliver IFS Financial Modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Product Costing) throughout all phases of ERP transformation.
• Apply your business process and system expertise to optimize financial modules and practices.
• Formulate business and functional requirements, oversee configuration, lead testing and training.
• Support change management initiatives to increase adoption of IFS Cloud solutions.
• Partner with project managers on risk mitigation and project delivery.
• Contribute to development of implementation methodologies, training, and sales support as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Mentor and coach team members, foster professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 7 years of implementation experience, with at least 2 years hands-on with IFS Applications or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
• IFS Financials experience or Practitioner Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes such as FP&A, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, and work non-traditional hours as needed.

The compensation range is $117,940 to $255,520, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
