Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 Shift: Nights - 3x12-hour shifts per week Schedule: 36 hours/week Pay Rate:Local Rate: $2,139/Weekly Travel Rate: $2,534/Weekly Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable ICU Registered Nurse to join a dynamic night shift team. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, at least one year of ICU experience, and the flexibility to float to Telemetry and/or Med-Surg units as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support systems.
• Accurately document patient care and interventions using Epic EMR.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
• Float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as required (typical 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio).
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Flexibility to float to Telemetry and/or Med-Surg units.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (facility-specific requirement).
