Ice Cream Operator 1 - Tillamook Creamery : Job Details

Operator 1 assists in the production of ice cream including but not limited to; palletizing ice cream cartons, making mix, operating machinery and inspecting product to ensure quality, Heres a day in the life:Become proficient in production, packaging, warehousing, and cleaning of ice cream make process and surrounding area. Must be able to meet physical demands of job, this includes lifting up to 20-35 lbs repetitively and 60 lbs occasionally, standing, and doing repetitive tasks safely. Understand and participate in all CIP and cleaning activities including but not limited to hook-ups, foaming, controls, titrations. Keep production lines stocked with materials to make products, this includes ingredients, packaging material. Be able to work in an environment that has fluctuating temperatures, including freezer environments, refrigerated, hot, and ambient.
