Maintenance EngineerThe Maintenance Engineer role is an essential part of ensuring the facility is a world class manufacturing site. The role will focus on elimination of breakdowns, improve reliability, and maintaining basic conditions through use of Focused Improvement methodology. The Maintenance Engineer will develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance techniques, to help reduce reactive maintenance situations.
Working with cross-functional teams such as, Operations, Quality and Manufacturing Excellence, the Maintenance Engineer will help develop root cause analysis skills, provide technical training for maintenance teams, and establish lasting counter measures.
This role will lead the Professional Maintenance Pillar initiative, building maintenance KPI's that will drive continuous improvement, while implementing solutions that will improve reliability, efficiency and cost.
