Ice Cream Machine Operator - Unilever, plc : Job Details

Active member of a production team (Space Saver, Klondike, Gram) and supports the team culture of the Covington Plant through participation and leadership in LEAN PROCESS- Total Productive Maintenance (TMP). Production Line set up including auxiliary equipment. Assemble necessary ingredients, clean and sanitize production area, and set and maintain machine to formula specifications. Responsible for Clean in Place/ Clean out of Place (CIP/ COP) functions to maintain a sanitary work environment Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality procedures, including all Statistical Process Control (SPC) functions. Follow established procedures for monitoring product specifications such as product weight, product size, machine output, wrap, code dates, product quality etc. Keep areas clean, organized and dry.
