As the US Supply Chain Finance Manager (FP&A), you will lead the US Supply Chain Finance FP&A process to enable the business to meet its financial goals, proactive efforts to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of our business. Your mission is to infuse financial wisdom into every strategic and operational decision, ensuring that growth trajectory is not only profitable but also sustainable.

Experiences & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance. CPG experience preferred.
Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis.
Experience managing large teams across diverse locations.
Pay: $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
