Koniag Data Solutions is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to support our Program Management Office (PMO) in accelerating the adoption of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions for various Air Force applications. This role is essential to bridge the gap between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders, ensuring ICAM solutions meet operational needs while enhancing security posture across Air Force IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication abilities to translate complex requirements into actionable implementation plans. This position requires an active Secret security clearance.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

The Program Coordinator will serve as the central coordinator for the PMO team, playing a vital role in the successful implementation of ICAM solutions across Air Force applications. The position involves direct engagement with senior DoD government officials, stakeholders, and technical personnel to ensure timely delivery and adoption of ICAM technologies. Principal responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the PMO team, organizing and synchronizing implementation activities for ICAM solutions across multiple Air Force applications

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of ICAM implementation

  • Engage directly with senior DoD government officials to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns regarding ICAM implementation

  • Aggressively drive implementation efforts by identifying and removing obstacles, escalating issues appropriately, and proposing solutions

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to implementation status, risks, issues, and decisions

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings for senior Air Force officials and program leadership

  • Monitor and track project metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success

  • Lead customer engagement activities to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICAM technologies

  • Maintain and update action item trackers, ensuring accountability and follow-through

  • Assist in creating and refining implementation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project coordination, preferably in a technical environment

  • Experience with federal government projects, particularly within the Department of Defense or Air Force

  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting project status across multiple workstreams

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with senior DoD government officials, including briefing preparation and delivery

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language appropriate for executive-level audiences

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and track deliverables

  • Experience with status reporting and executive-level communications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve implementation obstacles

  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and lead a team

  • Strong customer service orientation with ability to build positive relationships at all levels

  • Monitor monthly onboarding progress & metrics (Application Onboarding Rate, Time-to-onboard, Helpdesk ticket reduction, UAT pass rate, Compliance Adherence, Documentation quality)

  • Support centralization, proofing and updates to onboarding guides, runbooks, playbooks and templates

  • Capture, monitor, and forecast risks and issues, along with corresponding mitigation plans.

  • Monitor Service Level Agreements and Deliverable Schedule

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Secret security clearance

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of ICAM principles, technologies, and implementation challenges

  • Familiarity with Air Force IT systems and applications

  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements

  • PMP or other project management certification

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Kanban or Jira a plus

  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles

  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation

  • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles

  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams or other collaboration platforms

  • Experience briefing and engaging with senior military and civilian DoD leadership
