Join EY as an IBM Partner Program Alliance Relationship Director (Assistant Director). This role will work with IBM to manage the IBM partner programs, including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management, and performance intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute IBM alliance partner program strategy
• Gain access to alliance IBM level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics
• Activate new countries and super regions globally, ensuring proper approvals and governance
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements

Required skills and attributes include:

• Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, and operational support
• Understanding of IBM technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company
• Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
• Strong networking and influence management skills
