Job Title: IAM Technical Analyst / Engineer (Entra ID) Location: Hybrid - New York, NY 10003 Duration: 6 Months (Extension Likely) Job Summary: Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking IAM Technical Analyst / Engineer for an exciting job in New York, NY.Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID and associated integrations.
• Collaborate with IAM and Security teams to strengthen user identity and access management controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation for identity systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and manage Entra ID / Active Directory services across hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.
• Automate tasks and configurations using PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Configure and manage identity federation, SSO, and MFA solutions leveraging SAML2, OIDC, OAuth2, and related standards.
• Work with bridging and federation mechanisms such as CirrusIdentity Proxy/Bridge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management and access issues.
• Participate in global, multi-vendor IAM projects to implement Entra ID SaaS instances, integrate directories, and enable SSO and password synchronization.
• Develop Entra workflows supporting user account lifecycle management and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD administration and integrations.
• Proven expertise with Active Directory, OpenLDAP, and hybrid identity management.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
• Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, and federation technologies (SAML2, OIDC, OAuth2).
• Experience in cloud migration and enterprise identity transformation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
