Avancer Corporation is seeking an IAM Security Engineer who can independently develop, configure, implement, and maintain one or more Identity and Access Management products.

Key Responsibilities
Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions.Formulate and manage system scope and objectives for assigned projects.Review business requirement documents and translate them into technical specifications.Build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, Single Sign-On, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems.Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations.Provide status updates to Project Manager and senior management.Actively participate in design/code reviews, architecture discussions, and infrastructure reviews.Manage interactions with the client's team.Directly interact with internal project teams and manage customer expectations.Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in industrial plants.Coordinate activities of unit with other units or organizations.Confer with higher levels of management.Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology.
- Advanced knowledge of Java.
- Knowledge of relational database management systems.
- Strong knowledge of one or more LDAP directories, including Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server, Novell e-Directory, or CA Directory.
- Understanding of core business functions.
- Ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
Additional Licensing, Certifications, Registrations
- Professional certification in area of expertise is a plus.
