Overview
Looking for a senior level IAM/PAM specialist to help our client further their team to mitigate threats. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position, 100% remote. Unable to accommodate vendors at this time.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on assigned privilege access for applications and applying those standards properly.
- Develops and delivers assigned identity and access management projects and roadmap goals aligned to the current standards and assessment results.
- Directs business IT application teams on access management technology issues, standards and opportunities.
- Understands and advises on PAM policies.
- Utilizes leadership skills to communicate and present strategic company goals into an actionable product execution roadmap.
- Drives initiatives to transform IAM privilege access.
- Executes on assigned areas of cloud IAM/PAM strategy and capability roadmap.
- Evolves the strategy and operating model for PAM governance and technology solutions.
- Acts as change agent, leading significant transformational initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications
- Expert level in IAM, Identity Access Management, cloud security, and related standards.
- Expertise across all facets of IAM including MFA, Secrets Management, PAM, SSO, and identity platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees within scope of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Typically a minimum of ten years of experience, with at least five years in Information Security.

- Pay range: $70.00 - $80.00/hr
