About Eitanim

Inspired by the start-up nation spirit, IAC Eitanim aims to challenge teens from 7th to 12th grade to develop critical and out-of-the-box thinking in an exciting, interactive environment where Israel is front and center. Through hands-on programming led by top Israeli mentors, teens explore innovation and entrepreneurship, gaining skills for success while helping solve real-world problems.

Job Goal

The IAC Eitanim Facilitator will lead and manage all facilitation and operational activities, as well as sessions in the region throughout the year. Responsibilities include guiding groups through project-based learning, coordinating with the Program Director, and ensuring a high-quality educational experience. This is a 10-hour-per-week position reporting to the Regional Director.

Key Duties
  • Lead groups toward achieving goals.
  • Oversee outreach and registration processes.
  • Facilitate sessions and prepare pre-session materials.
  • Submit session summaries and reviews.
  • Manage operational requirements of each group.
  • Coordinate with the regional team for program success.
  • Assist with expert talks, seminars, and tours.
  • Maintain communication with mentors, parents, and community partners.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and national events.
  • Represent the IAC professionally.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with teens and managing educational groups.
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills.
  • Connection to both Israeli and American identities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational and operational skills.
  • Experience in startups, innovation, or the private sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of experience-based learning is a plus.
