The I-CPRC (Intensive Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation) Program Director is responsible for the oversight and operation of behavioral health housing for transitional living and/or clustered apartment services ensuring persons in treatment have a high level of quality care, safety and stabilization with the goal of moving them toward and/or obtaining a more independent level of care.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:am - 5:00pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
Oversees daily program operations, including maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehiclesEnsures compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and accreditation requirementsDetermines I-CPRC eligibility for new clients and ensures timely enrollment and appropriate dischargesEnsures delivery of quality clinical care through measurable clinical outcomes and compliance indicators (e.g., fidelity scores, DLA-20, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and progress on treatment protocols), including:Medically necessary interventions based on current assessments, Wellness Plans, and appropriate treatment protocolsDevelopment, administration, and clinical oversight of all CPRC clinical treatment protocolsLeads program development and advocates for both the program and individuals servedOversees performance improvement activities to enhance consumer outcomesCoordinates and monitors financial activity in compliance with agency and client financial policiesManages program finances by monitoring staff and program productivity, tracking expenses in accordance with the approved budget, and assisting in the development of annual budgetsManages referral processes and coordinates with community agenciesParticipates in agency meetings as appropriateMonitors service documentation through regular record reviewsOversees response to client crises, providing clinical direction and reviewing all critical or clinically significant eventEnsures safety and oversight of residentsChampions and facilitates integration between CPRC and other Compass departments, as well as community partnersEnsures culturally appropriate services are provided to meet the diverse needs of clients and their familiesParticipates in quality assurance activitiesReviews staff training and job requirements to ensure competency and compliance with standardEnsures staff deliver services within the scope of their role, education, and trainingPrepares and submits reports to the Department of Mental Health as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
