As a I&C Project Engineer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Project Management & Controls Business Line in the Instrumentation & Controls Business Unit. Your work will include:Utilizing approved project management methods and processes to execute med-high risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectationsPreparing project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives, coordinating project schedule updates based on weekly project team inputProviding primary interface between the project team, management, and the clientDeveloping assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the projectCoordinating multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipmentManaging the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices and utilizing team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.This position requires occasional travel.
