Position Hygiene Scheduler Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Elite Dental Care Jackson PLC Category Clerical Description Our talented front desk is looking for the best to join their team. • Have regular and predictable attendance.
• Work individually and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
• Be compassionate and professional in conduct and appearance.
• Have integrity, dependability, and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
• Be able to multi-task, organize work, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations required for the dental profession (e.g. HIPPA, OSHA, etc.).
• Maintain a full schedule of patients daily.
• Be proactive in keeping schedules full and at or above production goals daily.
• Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis.
• Greet, check-in, and check-out patients in a friendly manner.
• Excel at customer service

The person chosen for this position will have:

• A high school diploma or equilivent
• Longevity in employment history
• A minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience
• Dental office scheduling experience
• Experience in Dentrix
