Job Title: Hydraulic Assembler/Tubing Specialist

Job Description

As a Hydraulic Assembler/Tubing Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of tubing systems. This role requires technical expertise in understanding the applications, materials, and safety standards related to various tubing systems. You will work closely with other technicians and field teams to ensure systems are efficient, functional, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Design and install tubing systems in accordance with engineering specifications and industry standards.

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tubing systems to prevent system failure.

• Evaluate tubing systems for efficiency, performance, and safety; recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.

• Assist in the design and specification of tubing systems, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical repair.

• Experience with hydraulic hoses, hydraulics maintenance, and hydraulic assembly.

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment and production processes.

• Skill in deburring and using cutting tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
