Job Description
  • Act as the Owner's Advocate: Ensure the project aligns with the owner's goals, budget, and vision.
  • Coordinate Project Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project participants.
  • Manage Project Schedule: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Budget Oversight: Establish, track, and manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking, and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure project work meets quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Monitor Construction Progress: Conduct site visits, observe progress, and verify that construction activities meet project requirements.
  • Review and Approve Submittals: Evaluate contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and financial summaries to the owner.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience (as a PM)
  • Project experience within life science, healthcare, government, or general commercial
  • Experience managing projects $5M+ in value
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong literacy of Bluebeam and Smartsheets (preferred)
  • Strong communication and client facing skills
