To operate, maintain, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair the following systems/equipment: electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems, boiler, pumps, chillers, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, HVAC systems, refrigeration, generators, and medical support equipment. Work closely with Stationary Engineers and other staff to ensure that equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Operate, maintain, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair listed systems and equipment. Collaborate with Stationary Engineers and staff to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems.

• Upon hire: National EPA Section 608 Certification - State County City Trade License Authority
• 1 year experience in at least four of the following systems/equipment: electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, HVAC system, refrigeration, generators, and medical support equipment.

• Coursework/Training: Trade school in any of the related fields.
• 3 years hospital experience.
