The Industrial HVAC Technician will ensure the safe and efficient operation of site chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems chiller systems. Job Description. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESHVAC Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, predictive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems and Controls. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of HVAC equipment. Schedule and perform maintenance activities according to established protocols. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, malfunctions, and failures in system. Analyze and resolve complex problems efficiently and safely. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working with energized equipment.
