Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma
• 5-10 year of HVAC/ Industrial Air Compressor Experience
• Mechanical systems expertise
• Experience with HVAC Controls
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Cement factory experience Industrial Mud Pump / other large pump experience
• EPA license
• Overhead warehouse door experience
• Control panel experience High Voltage experience

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician position will encompass many different aspects of work. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have prior experience eon commercial HVAC units as well as industrial high pressure air compressors. This role entails ad hoc work across West Texas over a portfolio of roughly 18 different job sites, ranging from industrial warehouses, field pump work, cement factories and more. Each day will begin at the HQ listed above where assignments will be given to each crew to then head out and begin maintenance on their assigned jobsites.
