The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years RESIDENTIAL service and repair experience.
• Clean cut appearance with a great attitude, superior work ethic and sales aptitude
• Clean driving record
• Universal EPA Certification
• Hand tools, cordless tools, gauges, etc.
• Must pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to be part of on call rotation
• Flexibility to work overtime depending on demand
• Desire to make more than $80,000 a year

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Type I and II) or Universal Certification.
• Experience with smart thermostats, ductless systems, and other advanced HVAC technologies.
• Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC regulations.
• Familiarity with HVAC maintenance and repair software or apps.
• Ability to service oil fired units a plus!
