You'll oversee daily HVAC operations, manage technicians, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.? Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support HVAC technicians in service, maintenance, and installation workCoordinate daily schedules, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivityEnsure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesProvide technical guidance and training to team members to promote skill developmentMonitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost controlCollaborate with customer service and sales teams to deliver seamless client experiencesResolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfactionAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top HVAC talentTrack performance metrics and implement process improvements? QualificationsProven experience in HVAC service and installation, with leadership or supervisory experienceStrong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high morale and accountabilityFamiliarity with HVAC codes, EPA regulations, and safety protocolsValid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE preferred)?
