With a dynamic team of 5 with growth to 10 technicians and expanding, were looking for an experiencedHVAC Service Managerto join our leadership team and help guide our operations through this exciting growth phase.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experiencedHVAC Service Managerto oversee day-to-day technician operations, manage job schedules, and identify sales opportunities, create purchase orders and develop relationships with vendors to get the best pricing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with hands-on HVAC knowledge and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily schedules for HVAC technicians.
  • Monitor job progress to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and job support.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and adjust schedules based on NYC traffic patterns.
  • Price shop for equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales and service opportunities.
  • UseService Fusionsoftware to manage service operations and customer communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC service (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and service management background.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of NYC geography and traffic patterns.
  • Proficiency with service management platforms (Service Fusion experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
